All parcels delivered to our company are based on the membership number as the warehousing operation standard. We are not liable for any compensation for any package storage problems arising from the lack of your correct membership number. For domestic parcels COD freight, please notify us before the parcels are sent to our warehouse. In addition, the waybill of the parcels must clearly indicate your correct membership number; otherwise, all domestic parcels COD freight will not be received by us. We are not responsible for any delay.
Regarding the request of refusing parcels, if for some reasons you need us to cooperate with the refusal of parcels on the way to our company; you need to communicate with us during the normal working hours, including the domestic express number, total number of pieces and weight of the refusal parcels. Our company will cooperate as far as possible but not guarantee. If the refusal fails, all domestic freight charges for returned parcels must be borne by the members themselves. Our company does not have to bear any responsibility.
We will provide a total of 20 days free storage for each package, starting from the day of entry into the warehouse. If overdue parcels are stored, the following charges will be charged for overdue parcels:
Domestic parcels with actual weight less than 10KG are charged RMB 1 yuan per day
When the actual weight exceeds 10 KG (including 10 KG), RMB 3 yuan per day is charged.
If no order has been placed for more than 60 days, it will be discarded directly by default.When the discarded package is processed, our company does not need to assume any responsibility.
All parcels that have been signed by our company and stored in our warehouse must be forwarded to any domestic address for any reason. Members must pay the service fee of RMB 8 per package and the domestic express delivery fee of forwarding the domestic address. Members must also pay for overdue storage charges incurred by the package to be forwarded to China.
Our daigou service refuses to purchase goods and we refuse to accepted to send by Air and Sea as followings such as: white powder, drugs, cash, jewelry, various types of identity documents/documents, cigarettes, alcohol, food, meat, tea, fresh, potted plants, medicines, ointments, health products, Adult articles, pornographic content, inflammable and explosive, corrosive products, CD-ROMs, arms, knife-shaped, sharp weapons, compressed gases and other items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Any delay beyond our control, such as flight delays, flight failures, warehousing problems, customs clearance, weather or natural disasters, traffic congestion and so on, and our company is not liable for any compensation.
If not specified, all freight rates does not include destination tax, fines, warehousing fees, other miscellaneous charges and refund and destruction charges incurred by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay, the above charges will automatically be transferred to the sender, and the sender shall not refuse to pay the charges for any reason.
Upon receipt of your purchase order, we will make the purchase within 24 hours (holiday extension). As for the time of delivery, it has nothing to do with our company.

Our company's compensation policy of whole waybill missing/part of waybill missing in air mode and sea mode is 3 times of the value declared by reference purchase voucher/invoice/freight cost for lost goods, we compensate whichever is lower.
